MEND: A Story and a Giveaway

Have you heard the story about Mend? Have you been 'Marked?' The Mend Mark is a mission, a movement, an entire revolution. It's a bracelet meant to remind its wearers of Christ's love and sacrifice, and its message is the passion of its creator, Hunter Harrison. Read on to find out more and win one for you and one for a friend! :)

When I first came across the Mark of Love bracelet, I was a bit intrigued and curious about the design. The two big round circles were a little peculiar. After some Googling, I learned the circular disks that are positioned at each side of the wrist represent the scars and nail holes of Jesus Christ. I was absolutely blown away by that concept and design. And I'm not the only one. The Mark of Love has been spotted on several celebrities like Lee Dewyze, Pillar, and Finding Favor.

I spoke with Mr. Harrison via several email messages and I couldn't help but feel the passion he has for his product and the message he wants to get out. I told him I would love to do a giveaway and he agreed, but on one condition: that he could give the winner two bracelets- one to keep and one to give away. How cool is that?

And I can't forget to add that Mr. Harrison donates a portion of proceeds from every sale directly to Living Water International. {We all know that millions and millions of people do not have regular access to clean water, right?} To learn more about LWI, the world water crisis and what is being done to combat it visit: http://www.water.cc/.

Giveaway Rules:
  • To enter: Leave a comment telling us who you would give your second Mark of Love bracelet to and why.

  • For a 3rd entry, become a fan of Mend Mark on Facebook

Of course, if you can't wait that long, you can always go here to purchase yours now. Wouldn't these make great stocking stuffers? I'm planning on getting some for our Young Marrieds Life Group. {We have a White Elephant party coming up and I'm a 'good gift' giver. No fundies or joke toilet paper for this gal!} :)

Contest will end next Monday, November 22nd. Good luck!
